Job Description ** Full-Time Criminal Defense Attorney**An established and reputable criminal defense law firm is currently seeking one (1) full-time attorney to join our team in the San Joaquin area and surrounding counties.We handle a broad range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. As a member of our team, you will be assigned entire cases with support from the firm. You will also be expected to cover specific cases independently , including court appearances, motions, negotiations, and trials.** Position Requirements:**Must have felony trial experienceMust have substantial experience handling criminal defense mattersAbility to manage a case from initial appearance through trial and dispositionStrong courtroom presence, professionalism, and client communication skillsLicensed and in good standing with the California State Bar** Responsibilities:**Handle a variety of criminal cases (misdemeanors to serious felonies)Conduct legal research, draft motions, negotiate plea dealsAppear in court regularly throughout San Jose and nearby countiesCollaborate with the firm's legal and administrative staffThis is a full-time position with competitive compensation, supportive colleagues, and meaningful work that makes a difference in our clients' lives.** To Apply:**Please submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
