Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This onsite opportunity spans the academic calendar, from August 17, 2026 to May 28, 2027, with a steady schedule of 35 hours per week. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and students to deliver individualized support, assessment, and intervention strategies, fostering lasting growth in communication skills throughout the student body.Key Qualifications:Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification requiredPennsylvania teaching certification must be on file with your resumeASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferredExperience working within school environments, supporting K-12 populationsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic, diverse educational settingsPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)Deliver direct therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication needsConsult with classroom teachers and provide strategies to support student successMaintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district policiesParticipate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings as a valued team memberServe as a resource for families, staff, and administrators regarding speech and language developmentIn addition to the chance to make a meaningful impact on students from diverse backgrounds, you'll gain experience within a supportive school community for the entirety of the academic year.
