PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade SME-Washington, DC-#IUI1977/290899ContractCandidate willing to work on our W2 payroll will be considered most (H1B Visa transfer is possible).Candidates eligible to work at USA with valid visa should apply (No sponsorship for this position).Third Party Vendors Please do not submit your candidates.Position: PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade SME-Washington, DC-#IUI1977/290899Location: Washington, DCDuration: 12 Months +PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade SME Level 7 - 15 year + Master's DegreeThe Government of the District of Columbia, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking a contractor to technical upgrade SME services for the District of Columbia Governments PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.The following are a number of requirements and tasks that the contractor must project manage and oversee as the PeopleSoft HCM Program / Project Manager as a part of the scope of work.Upgrade Initiation and Planning: Develop upgrade technical roadmap and management plan for all initiativesScope Definition: Working with project stakeholders, develop technical scope definition documentRequirements Document: Oversee and manage the development of the upgrade functional and technical requirements documentProof of Concept / Prototype: Manage the development/configuration and delivery of a conference room pilot that consists of a proof concept and prototype presentation of the upgrade.Business Process Diagrams: Manage the development of Technical Upgrade Process Diagrams that cover end-to-end processesInterface / Analytical Tools: Manage the development of any interfaces or analytical toolsConfiguration / Development: Manage the configuration and technical development effortTechnical Upgrade Project Deployment Management, Coordination and Go-live: Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders as necessary. Manage the development of the project dry-run and cut-over plan.
