Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Sales Person based in Newark, DE. The role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, building long-lasting relationships, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve generating leads, meeting sales targets, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize services. Additionally, the candidate will represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations, promoting Techadox's robust portfolio of IT solutions. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of IT services, technical labor management, or gig economy operationsProficiency in lead generation techniques and CRM toolsAbility to work independently in an on-site capacity while adhering to company processesGoal-oriented mindset with proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in solution-based selling is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plusWillingness to travel within the region for client meetings as required
