Job DescriptionAdjunct Faculty - MSW Program (Fall 2025 & Spring 2026)School of Social Work, Psychology, and PhilosophyTexas Woman's University invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. Courses include Social Work Advanced Practice II (face-to-face), an online Mental Health Practice course, and a Practice III: Groups course (face-to-face, generalist program).Qualifications:Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited programLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) requiredSignificant clinical social work experienceTeaching experience at the graduate or undergraduate levelAbility to teach both face-to-face and online formatsExperience teaching advanced practice and group work courses, preferredDuties:Prepare and deliver course content for assigned MSW courses in face-to-face and online formatsFacilitate classroom discussions and promote student engagementAssess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedbackMaintain accurate and timely records of student progress and gradesIncorporate current evidence-based practices and ethical standards into instructionParticipate in program meetings and training as neededSupport an inclusive and respectful learning environmentTo apply, please submit a CV and cover letter detailing your clinical experience and teaching background.Texas Woman's University strives to provide an educational environment that affirms the rights and dignity of each individual, fosters diversity, and encourages a respect for the differences among persons.
