District Manager - Automotive Repair Chain

We are currently seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple repair shops in Washington.
Position Summary:
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of a group of automotive repair shops within your district. You will ensure that operational standards are met, implement company policies, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of managers to achieve exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar multi-unit management role in the automotive repair industry is required. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong operational acumen and a proven track record of success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of 6-12 automotive repair shops within your district.
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Mentor, coach, and train store managers to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and employee engagement.
Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high employee morale.
Collaborate with the corporate office to roll out new initiatives, products, or services.
Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues to maintain high levels of service quality.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or in a similar multi-unit management role in the automotive repair industry is required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial data, KPIs, and market trends to make informed decisions.
Demonstrated success in driving sales, improving operational performance, and managing multi-unit locations.
In-depth knowledge of automotive repair services, products, and equipment is required.
Ability to travel within the district as required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred (but not required if experience compensates).
