You'll collaborate closely with development teams, administrators, and third-party partners, providing hands-on leadership across integrations, data strategy, and system design. From defining architecture standards to building proof-of-concept solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.What You'll Do:Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integration strategiesLead technical direction across development teams and vendor partnersTranslate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutionsDefine and maintain architecture artifacts, standards, and best practicesSupport integrations, data models, and security frameworksContribute to DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile deliveryDrive innovation through POCs and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years in application development, including 5+ years with Salesforce Health CloudExperience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologiesProven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholdersStrong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindsetNice to Have:Experience with OmniStudio and government-regulated environmentsAdditional Requirements:U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearanceJ-18808-Ljbffr
