Civil Construction Foreman Needed

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to lead field operations on heavy civil construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record supervising crews in grading, excavation, underground utilities, and concrete or roadway work.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specificationsPlan daily activities, allocate labor and equipment, and ensure schedules are metRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsCommunicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractorsMonitor quality control and enforce safety standards on-siteTrack materials, equipment, and daily progress reportsTroubleshoot field issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutionsQualifications:5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, including at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, and/or concrete structuresAbility to lead and motivate field crews while maintaining productivity and moraleUnderstanding of construction plans, specifications, and job costingExcellent communication and leadership skillsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and professional growthPlease call/text 605-705-3365 or email resume to phoebe.johnson@gogpac.com for more info.
