Java Developer Contract

Position Summary: Location: Newark, DE/ Day -1 Onsite (Hybrid 3 days office 2 days remote) Duration: 12 Months ContractInterview: In-personPay Range: $65/hr.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsSenior Application Developer will be responsible/need to understand business needs and update application code with unit testing, provide dev support during testing, creating proof of concept for new technology evaluation, support application deployment and creating production plan. They will be working on an agile team with a team lead. May have client interactions.Required QualificationsExpertise in Java/J2EE technologies with minimum of 7 year of experience.Should have good knowledge of technologies like Spring, Spring Integration, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, NOSQL & Restful services, WS-Security,Strong Knowledge and expertise in container & cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS and Azure Hands on experience on tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Splunk, Dynatrace & Autosys etcProficiency in writing complex SQL queries (Oracle/SQL Server)proficiency in writing complex Unix/Linux scriptingHands on experience in UI technologies like Angular and ReactHands on experience on Code Quality Tools like JUnit, Sonar/CrucibleExperience on modern development methodology including AgileEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
