Want to work on real-world projects, high-level escalations, and sharpen your M365 security skills across over 100 tenants?We're looking for a System Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-tenant MSP environments and is ready to stretch beyond traditional support. This role is ideal for someone ready to move up — someone who can handle Tier 3 escalations, secure Microsoft 365 environments, and roll out change requests and implementations with confidence.You'll split your time between project work, security incidents (like account compromise or phishing), and top-tier technical support in Microsoft ecosystems.
