The Director of Sales will lead and develop a centralized sales team responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into system installations and services for franchise locations.This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the inside sales team, improving conversion rates, building scalable sales processes, and ensuring franchise territories receive consistent, high-quality sales support from the Customer Aquistion Center (CAC).The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who thrives in a fast-growing environment and can balance coaching, performance management, CRM reporting, and process development.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team LeadershipManage and coach a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling services across multiple franchise territoriesConduct call reviews, pipeline reviews, and regular 1-on-1 coaching sessionsSet clear sales goals and hold the team accountable to performance metricsRecruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives as the network growsSales Operations & ProcessBuild and refine scalable sales processes that support a growing franchise networkEnsure all leads are properly handled, tracked, and followed up on through the CRMOptimize inbound lead handling, outbound prospecting, and relationship-based selling strategiesMaintain strong coordination with marketing to ensure lead flow and campaign effectivenessFranchisee Sales SupportWork closely with franchise owners to support sales efforts in their local marketsEnsure franchisees receive consistent communication and reporting on lead activityProvide guidance on pricing, sales strategies, and relationship development in local marketsSupport franchisees during major commercial opportunities and large installationsCRM & ReportingManage sales activity and reporting through HubSpotMonitor key performance indicators including:Lead response timeConversion ratesAverage deal sizeRevenue by territoryIdentify opportunities to improve sales performance through data and reportingTraining & DevelopmentDevelop training materials and ongoing coaching programs for the sales teamAssist in sales training for franchise owners who wish to manage their own salesHelp standardize messaging and brand positioning across the networkKey Performance IndicatorsLead-to-close conversion rateRevenue generated per sales representativeResponse time to new leadsAverage deal sizeSales pipeline healthFranchisee satisfaction with CAC sales supportQualifications5+ years of sales experienceExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)Strong coaching and leadership abilitiesData-driven decision makerCompensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearOUR MISSIONMosquitoNix is committed to its customers and protecting their outdoor lifestyles.
