CAREGIVER 4P-8P, 10a-7p

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as transferring, bathing, grooming, and dressing- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients- Document client's progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality- Respect and uphold resident rights throughout all interactionsSkills:- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred- Knowledge of patient care techniques and principles- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client privacy- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently or as part of a teamAt our company, we offer competitive pay rates, flexible schedules, and a supportive work environment.
