This role is a key contributor to a high-performing team and is expected to assemble components, follow standard work, and ensure product quality through accurate inspection and defect detection.This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to consistently follow standardized processes, and a commitment to safe work practices, quality execution, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Perform manual and/or semi-automated assembly operations in accordance with established standard work and safety proceduresAssemble components and sub-assemblies using tools, fixtures, and work instructions to meet product specificationsInspect finished and in-process work to identify defects, ensuring only conforming product moves forwardFollow standard work instructions to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in assembly processesUse basic measurement tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product qualitySupport all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and hazard identificationMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with 5S standardsParticipate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement activitiesAccurately complete production tracking, quality checks, and documentationCollaborate with team members and leadership to meet production and quality targetsYour Role in Our ValuesAt Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow.
