Teacher's Aide

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will provide essential support to teachers and students in an educational setting. Duties: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Help students with tasks and assignments - Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment - Assist with behavior management and student supervision - Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum - Provide individualized attention to students as needed Experience: - Prior experience working with students preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles - Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents - Familiarity with math and literacy education - Experience in toddler care is a plus - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to assist in curriculum development Joining our team as a Teacher's Aide offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting.
