SPC Scheduler

DescriptionSystems Planning Corporation (SPC) a subsidiary company of GAI Consultants, Inc., is seeking a Scheduler to assist periodically in the planning and scheduling of projects/outages. The Scheduler will be required to report to the project site to assist in project/outage scheduling and be an expert in Primavera scheduling software.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGathers and analyzes project information.Uses analytical reports to set and monitor schedules.Ensures that scheduling of work follows company policy.Meet with the station team and contractors for periodic updates.Work on-site at customer's facility.The assignment will be in an industrial setting and require wearing personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.Perform other duties as assigned by client management.Traveling to and from job sites on daily basis, whether from home or a local hotel is required.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
