SPC Scheduler

SPC SchedulerSystems Planning Corporation (SPC) a subsidiary company of GAI Consultants, Inc., is seeking a Scheduler to assist periodically in the planning and scheduling of projects/outages. The Scheduler will be required to report to the project site to assist in project/outage scheduling and be an expert in Primavera scheduling software.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGathers and analyzes project information.Uses analytical reports to set and monitor schedules.Ensures that scheduling of work follows company policy.Meet with the station team and contractors for periodic updates.Work on-site at customer's facility.The assignment will be in an industrial setting and require wearing personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.Perform other duties as assigned by client management.Traveling to and from job sites on daily basis, whether from home or a local hotel is required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to sit.The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb stairs up to 12 floors, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.The employee is required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses, fall protection, hearing protection, gloves, etc.The work environment will have both hot and cold temperatures.
