The Hard Goods Sales Representative will be on the road approximately 4–5 days per week, working directly with customers throughout the New Jersey territory. This is a highly field-based, “road warrior” position focused on relationship-building, in-person support, and driving sales growth. The individual will be responsible for managing sales activities for hard goods, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand market presence, and providing outstanding customer service. This role will include meeting sales targets, offering product recommendations to customers, assisting with order processing, and staying informed of industry trends and product innovations.
