Job Description
Required Skills :
PLC and HMI controls programming
Robotic / Vision programming (Fanuc Cobot focus - CRX30i)
GM automation standards - GCSC / GCCH
Sensor, I/O, and safety validation
Startup and commissioning support.
Additional Skills
o Proficiency with Cognex, Keyence or iRVision inspection tools
o Implement torque data storage and joint traceability
o Design interlocks between torque, vision, conveyors, and poke-yokes.
o Plan and execute controls FAT and SAT for stations.
o Troubleshoot torque, vision, and fieldbus issues systematically.
o Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
