Position: AI EvangelistEmployment Type: Full-Time Department: AI Practice Reports To: Head of AI Business About the Role:Visionet is seeking a dynamic AI Evangelist to lead the charge in defining, packaging, and championing our Artificial Intelligence strategy and service offerings. This is a senior, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business development. You will serve as the face of Visionet’s AI practice translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business narratives, designing immersive client workshops, and building the go-to-market engine that positions Visionet as the trusted AI transformation partner for mid-market and enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:1. AI Strategy & Thought Leadership Define and own Visionet’s AI strategy roadmap — spanning generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and applied analytics.Shape the AI narrative for clients across industries (financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, CPG, etc.). Publish white papers, POVs, and executive briefs that establish Visionet as an AI authority in the market. Represent Visionet at industry events, conferences, and analyst briefings as the company’s AI spokesperson.2. Client Workshops & Enablement Design and facilitate AI discovery workshops, ideation sessions, and AI readiness assessments for C-suite and business stakeholders. Develop a repeatable, high-impact workshop methodology that maps client challenges to specific AI use cases. Lead executive briefings and demo days showcasing Visionet’s AI accelerators, frameworks, and proof-of-concepts.Build a library of industry-specific AI workshop playbooks and facilitation toolkits. 3. Offering Packaging & GTM Define, package, and price Visionet’s AI service offerings — from advisory engagements to full-scale implementation programs. Create structured service packages (e.g., AI Readiness Assessment, AI CoE Setup, GenAI Pilot Sprints, AI-Powered Operations). Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop sales plays, solution briefs, and proposal templates. Own the AI catalog and maintain a 12-month offering roadmap aligned to market demand. 4. Business Value & ROI Articulation Develop business case frameworks and ROI models that quantify the value of AI investments for clients. Translate technical AI outcomes into financial metrics — cost reduction, revenue lift, productivity gains, and risk mitigation. Partner with pre-sales and account teams to build client-specific business value assessments. Create and maintain a repository of AI value realization case studies and benchmarking data. Qualification & Experience Required 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, digital transformation, or AI/ML strategy. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive-level workshops and innovation sessions. Proven track record of packaging and taking technology services offerings to market. Deep knowledge of the AI/ML landscape: GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agents), machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and automation. Experience building and articulating business cases, ROI models, and value frameworks for technology investments. Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills — ability to inspire both technical and business audiences. Preferred Experience with leading AI platforms and ecosystems: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake. Prior experience at a systems integrator, management consultancy (Big 4, Tier-1 SI), or a leading technology vendor. Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications in financial services, retail, supply chain, or healthcare. MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
