Title: ServiceNow Developer (Discovery & Event Management)Location: RemoteType: Contract Description: We’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management. In this role, you will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT operations, ensure accurate CMDB data, and optimize event management workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions and provide ongoing technical support. Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management solutions in ServiceNow.Implement discovery processes and maintain CMDB accuracy.Create and manage event management rules and workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions. Requirements:Experience with ServiceNow development in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).Certifications:Active ServiceNow certification(s) mandatory. Apply Now: Send your resume to inder.saraswat@masechdigital.com
