We operate multiple locations across Pennsylvania and utilize a PTA-driven clinical model supported by strong PT oversight, clear protocols, and integrated documentation.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as a remote clinical lead overseeing Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) across multiple CarePath locations.This role is primarily remote but requires periodic in-person travel to train, onboard, and support PTAs at our clinics. The initial locations may include Lansdale, Carlisle, Reading, and Williamsport PA, with additional sites added over time.The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically confident, comfortable supervising remotely, and able to hold themselves accountable to deadlines, documentation review, and communication standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight & Plans of CareCreate, review, and sign Plans of Care in EHR systemEnsure treatment plans align with diagnosis, goals, and visit frequencyReview PTA treatment documentation regularly and provide clinical guidanceUpdate Plans of Care as patient status changesPTA Training & SupervisionConduct in-person onboarding and training for new PTAs at clinic locationsProvide ongoing remote supervision via scheduled virtual meetingsOffer clinical feedback, mentorship, and skill developmentEnsure PTAs are practicing within scope and CarePath standardsDocumentation & SystemsServe as provider of record for physical therapy servicesMaintain audit-ready documentation in RXNTUtilize Physitrack to create and manage home exercise programsEnsure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliantCommunication & AccountabilityMaintain regular communication with PTAs and leadershipAdhere to defined review cadences and documentation deadlinesParticipate in scheduled clinical meetingsProactively identify issues and recommend solutionsSchedule & Travel ExpectationsRemote-based positionPeriodic regional travel required for training and oversightTravel primarily within PennsylvaniaAbility to attend clinics in Lansdale, Carlisle, Williamsport, Reading, etc. as neededQualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PennsylvaniaMinimum 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, ortho, or injury care preferred)Experience supervising PTAs strongly preferredComfortable working remotely and independentlyStrong documentation and organizational skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel regionallyMedical-legal, PI, or WC experience is a plus but not required.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaried compensation (based on experience) $95-115,000/yrPTO & Sick PackageHealthcare AllowanceFlexible remote work structureSupportive leadership and growing clinical team
