Our Platform will integrate utility tokens, equity tokens, and RWA staking on Polygon, leveraging Web 3.0 to disrupt and redefine the traditional entertainment and creator industry with new on-chain monetization and entertainment features.About the role: We are seeking a head of design to lead the visual identity, product UX/UI and branding strategy, ensuring a world-class experience for our community of Creators, Investors and entertainment enthusiasts.Key Responsibilities Design Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a design strategy that aligns with our brand, product and community engagement goals.ContentProduct Ux/Ui: Lead the design of a seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experience for our Web 3.0 entertainment platform, token dashboards and staking systems.Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring all visual assets reflect our mission and resonate with the Web3 community.Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, website assets, NFTs, animations, and promotional content.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing and product teams to ensure design decisions align with technical feasibility and business objectives.Web 3.0 & Crypto Design Integration: Develop designs that enhance token utility, NFT aesthetics, gamification elements and interactive blockchain experiences.Community Engagement: Create visually compelling assets for social media, Telegram, Twitter (X) and promotional campaigns.User Research & Testing: Conduct UX research, A/B testing, and user feedback loops to continuously refine and improve design decisions.Requirements: Design Leadership Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design, branding, or creative direction, preferably in tech, Web 3.0 or entertainment.Web 3.0 & Crypto Design Knowledge: Understanding of tokenized experiences, NFT design principles, and decentralized applications (dApps).Strong Visual Aesthetic: A portfolio showcasing world-class digital product design, especially in Web 3.0, Fintech or entertainment.Proficiency In Design Tools: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch or similar tools.UX/UI & User-Centered Design: Ability to craft frictionless user experiences, ensuring seamless interaction with blockchain-based features.Startup & Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, wearing multiple hats when needed.Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to collaborate with developers, marketers and stakeholders to bring designs to life.Nice To Have: Experience with motion design, interaction design, 3D graphics and interactive storytellingFamiliarity with gaming, streaming or creator economy platformsPassion for blockchain technology, entertainment and digital artWhy Join Us?
