The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of fundraising, donor, and alumni relations, with a focus on enhancing the institution's profile and supporting its mission. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and administration of comprehensive fundraising and alumni initiatives. The Vice President will be expected to strengthen the donor pipeline, particularly among alumni, corporate partners, and philanthropic foundations, and to provide innovative and strategic leadership in this area. Applicants for the Vice President position should be seasoned advancement leaders with a significant track record in individual major and principal giving. The role requires a visionary leader with at least seven years of relevant experience, who is familiar with applicable guidelines and possesses sound judgment. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading and developing a team, setting clear goals, and providing strategic direction to support the institution's agenda. The position is full-time and offers a hybrid work model with significant remote work flexibility within the state.
