Job DetailsRemoteAs an Architect with GlideFast Consulting, you will be responsible for the overall architectural design and delivery assurance of ServiceNow solution. This role requires in-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of GlideFast’s broader portfolio of services and products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the internal project team, offering strategic guidance to both the customer and project team, and leverage your consulting skills to create solutions that align with customer business requirements.What is the role?Lead the architectural design and oversee delivery of ServiceNow implementations aligned with client business objectives, helping clients maximize the platform’s value through effective solutionsOwn end-to-end technical solutions, including architecture, configuration, and integrations, across multiple projectsDevelop expert-level JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to build scalable, maintainable solutionsDesign and implement business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scriptsLead development efforts across key areas such as: ServiceNow Applications IRM and SecOPs and Third-Party Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Servers)Conduct client workshops, support demos, and gather technical and functional requirementsCreate technical architecture documents, including process flows and design specificationsReview team code and provide feedback to ensure quality and adherence to best practicesCollaborate with Business Process Consultants during planning and validation sessionsLead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex issues across internal and client teamsParticipate in agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery with positive client feedbackDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying current with service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies, and quickly developing proficiency in new products as requiredMaintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactionsDemonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on timeWhat experience do you need for success?5+ years delivering / architecting / implementing technical solutions on ServiceNow5+ years professional consulting2+ years implementing ServiceNow solutionsWhat will you bring with you?Certified System Administrator Certification(CSA)Certified Application Developer Certification (CAD)2+ Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications within Secops and IRM domainMaintain an active government security clearance if applicableThe starting pay range for this role is $155,000.00 - $200,000.00. Full time employees will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance in addition to discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
