Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.This program is intentionally designed to:Deliver measurable business impactProvide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solutionsDevelop professional and leadership skillsCreate a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety GroupTop-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation.Position SummaryThe Inside Sales Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary by function but may include:Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunitySupport outbound sales campaigns and inbound lead follow-up by researching, qualifying, and routing new customer opportunities to the appropriate sales team members.Assist in developing preliminary quotes, identifying appropriate distribution partners, and maintaining accurate opportunity tracking within Salesforce and other CRM tools.Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities, understand end-market trends, and support targeted value proposition development.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales Engineers to support campaigns, new product launches, and customer follow-up activities.Develop foundational inside sales skills including prospecting, professional communication, CRM utilization (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Power BI), and data-driven sales process execution.Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking eventsPresent final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadershipWhat You'll GainReal-world experience in industrial safety manufacturingDirect exposure to experienced professionals and industry leadersMentorship from a high-potential employee focused on your developmentHands-on problem-solving and project ownershipProfessional development in communication, analysis, and presentation skillsInsight into career paths within Justrite Safety GroupQualifications / RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree Business, Sales, or EntrepreneurshipStrong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCuriosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plusWhy Justrite Safety GroupAt Justrite Safety Group, interns work alongside the best in the industrial safety industry - engineers, operators, safety professionals, and business leaders who design products that protect lives every day.This is more than an internship.
