Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce
Summary/Position ObjectivesThe Non-Employee Management Organization (“NEMO”) is a centralized, hybrid, service team which is charged with the strategy and management of the Global Contingent Workforce. The Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) is the current system of record to support all contingent workers on/offboarding transactions across the enterprise. The NEMO Senior Manager provides hands?on operational leadership across the global Contingent Workforce (CW) program. This role is responsible for driving day?to?day execution, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies, and partnering closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to maintain a compliant, efficient, and well?documented program. The role requires deep oversight of operational processes, data integrity, issue resolution, and ongoing continuous improvementJob DutiesOperations Management:Oversee daily CW operations and ensure consistent execution aligned with program standards.Partners closely with the MSP to monitor operational performance, service delivery, and workflow adherence, addressing gaps or delays in real time.Performs regular SLA and KPI reviews, identifies trends, and implements corrective action or process enhancements as needed.Conducts routine audits across all operational workflows, documents findings, and drives remediation plans with MSP partner.Maintains and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow maps to ensure clarity, accuracy, and version control.Acts as the first point of escalation for operational issues, system errors, or supplier / MSP concerns, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Provides coverage for sub?function leads during PTO or organizational transitions and ensures continuity of operations.Manage data quality within VMS and related systems; ensures accuracy of data and reporting fieldsProcess Improvement & ComplianceLeads continuous improvement initiatives focused on streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and increasing program automation.Ensures compliance with internal policies, worker classification guidelines, sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.Partners with MSP, Procurement, and functional stakeholders to triage issues and implement process changes.Maintains strong awareness of employment market trends, contingent labor risks, and compliance updates relevant to assigned business areas.In partnership with the Program Director:Contributes to the design, planning, and implementation of special initiative across NEMOConducts industry benchmarking with corporate peers on contingent workforce strategiesMaintains and evolves a “Best-in-Class Program Health Report”Reports on program leakage and partners with the Program Director to devise and deploy remediation strategiesTechnicalMaintains an in-depth understanding of the VMS tool, able to work in daily operations and also understand how system capability can be used to drive the program roadmap and evolutionOversee the collaboration between the NEMO Beeline System Administrator and all Sub-Function Leads when troubleshooting data or integration issues.RequirementsBA/BS in related field10+ years of relevant experience
