This role oversees daily operations and provides leadership to approximately 10 team members supporting outpatient behavioral health services.Behavioral Health Manager, Job Responsibilities:Manages 10 or more administrative team membersLeads combination of 3 or more program service lines, committees, or functions as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an integrated component of the departmentProvides leadership for all patient-encounter staff positions, ensuring excellent quality and customer serviceFacilitates efficient office operations and assists providers with operational needsOversees project management, financial reports, and quality assurance measuresMentors new managers and implements the onboarding process for new managersWorks with the Director/Associate Director and the management team on hiring and reviewing new and existing employees, as well as designs and implements onboarding plans and ensures all staff receive on-going training as neededAssists Director/Associate Director in special projects and duties as assigned.Experience Requirements:Over 5 years Relevant equivalent experience in lieu of education3-5 Years Managerial Experience RequiredEducation & Credential Requirements:High School Diploma (required)Bachelor of Arts/Science (preferred)If you are a healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving access to behavioral health services, we encourage you to apply.Primary Location:
