The RoleYou will build, enable, and grow a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver healthcare AI experiences on top of Corti's platform. You'll also build our partner ecosystem from the ground up, architecting commission models, partner programs, and scalable systems that power strategic partnerships. This is a 0-to-1 builder role that sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth. You'll grow Corti's footprint through trusted partnerships, co-selling, and enablement programs that drive adoption and revenue.What You'll Be Doing:Agent Store Growth and Partner IntegrationsOwn the growth of Corti's agent marketplace by expanding the catalog of available agents and integrationsSource and onboard software partners to build Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for the agent storeDrive marketplace adoption by scaling the number and variety of partners building on the platformManage the technical integration process and ensure quality standardsCreate documentation and enablement materials for partner developersPlatform Partnership DevelopmentBuild relationships with AI coding platforms (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, and similar tools)Drive native integration opportunities that make Corti accessible in developer workflowsWork with product and engineering to scope and prioritize integration roadmapsCertified Solutions Partner NetworkRecruit and vet development agencies and consultancies to become certified Corti API expertsBuild certification programs and technical training so partners can confidently deliver customer implementationsStrategic Partnerships and GTM SystemsDesign joint go-to-market motions and co-selling programs that translate partner value into business outcomesBuild partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks for agency, consulting, and strategic partnersArchitect commission models, referral structures, and scalable systems that enable partnerships to execute with minimal frictionWork cross-functionally with finance, marketing, product, growth, and ops to build the systems and processes that make partnerships a growth engineTrack and report on partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impactWhat You'll NeedMaybe you were a partnerships or ecosystem manager at a developer-first platform like Twilio, Stripe, or ElevenLabs, where you sourced integration partners and built onboarding programs alongside a product or growth team.Or you ran partner operations at a PLG SaaS company, owning commission models, certification frameworks, and referral systems.Or you were a growth generalist at a Series A-C startup who touched partnerships as part of a broader GTM mandate and now wants to own the function. Whatever the path, you've worked somewhere the product is infrastructure, the users are technical, and partnerships means building scalable systems rather than managing a handful of enterprise relationships.Technical AptitudeComfortable reading API documentation and understanding technical integration requirementsCan speak credibly with engineers and developers about implementation detailsExperience with developer tools, platforms, or technical B2B productsPartnership and Systems ExperienceTrack record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing B2B partnershipsExperience building ecosystems, marketplaces, or channel programs (ideally from scratch)Ability to design joint GTM motions and translate partner value into business outcomesComfortable operating in ambiguous environments with minimal structure. This is a 0-to-1 role.Generalist MindsetWilling to handle a wide range of tasks, from technical documentation to partnership contractsAble to context-switch between strategic planning and execution detailsStrong written communication for creating enablement content and agreementsWhat a Day Looks LikeIn a single day, you might hop on a call to close an integration partner for the agent store, design a commission structure for a new referral program, negotiate a co-selling agreement with an AI coding platform, and pull together a pipeline report on marketplace growth. You might have a background in partnerships, revenue operations, business systems, or partner management. We don't care about the exact title.
