Job Title: D365 F&O - Director of Finance Systems – 3 days on Site Houston, TXJob Overview We are seeking a confident, hands-on IT leader to own and drive finance and ERP systems (Dynamics 365) while partnering closely with business stakeholders. This senior role blends strategic leadership with direct system involvement, vendor management, and project oversight in a fast-paced, operational environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, configure, and support financial and ERP systems (Dynamics 365).Serve as the senior owner for finance system changes, enhancements, and additional module implementations.Lead and mentor IT staff, including contractors, while staying hands-on when needed.Manage consultants, vendors, and managed services partners to ensure seamless project delivery.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and drive system adoption.Ensure end-user support, system stability, and continuous process improvement.ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 in finance or ERP-heavy environments.Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, and managed services partnerships.Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day system responsibilities.Experience working in lean IT teams supporting complex, technically demanding operations.Confident, resilient, and direct personality, able to lead and influence effectively.Salary/Package Base + 20% annual bonus, unlimited PTO, 401k with 6% match, and Medical/Dental/Vision benefits.Location Houston, TX (Hybrid – 3 days on site) Office Address: Houston, TX Minimal travel as required.How to Apply Apply with your CV to be considered for this position.
