Lead / Staff Product Designer🔥 Lead / Staff Product Designer📍 Hybrid | USA - SF / Seattle / NYC 💰 $170k–$280k base + equityWe are working with a high-growth tech company that has built an all-in-one platform helping businesses run their workforce.Think payroll, HR, IT, benefits, compliance, devices, finance tools. All connected in one system.Now they’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the core platformThis is deep product thinking!You’ll be:• Designing the foundational systems that power multiple products• Simplifying complex workflows used by operations, finance and people teams• Working closely with senior product and engineering leaders• Setting the bar for craft and clarity across the platformThey want someone who:• Has 8+ years in product design - end to end• Has prior experience at startups & and well established scaleups• Has worked on complex B2B, infrastructure or platform products• Can turn messy backend logic into clean, intuitive experiences• Thinks in systems, not just screensModern, clean looking portfolio showing end to end product design and visual design craft. Not interested in corporate style work.If you’ve designed tools that businesses rely on every single day and you enjoy untangling complexity, give me a shout! You'll be a fit if you have prior startup or scaleup experience - think B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, Fintech backgrounds.**The client will not consider profiles from designers that have been freelancing/contracting.
