Account Manager

Arrowhead is assisting a client in the Berea, OH area fill the need for an Account Manager position in the aerospace and industrial markets. The position includes an annual salary and full benefits package.In this role you will be responsible for growing sales within assigned customer accounts and effectively onboard new accounts. You will develop a rapport with new and existing clients to help develop, grow, coach and retain accounts.Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and be responsible for the on-boarding of newly assigned accounts.• Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts.• Collaborating with the marketing team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.• Enhancing customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.• Develop, review and maintain a customer scorecard to address any positive or negative facts about the customer accounts.• Identify customer needs and wants for product, service and support; design new programs or initiatives that are customer-specific to enhance profitability of customer and company.• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.• Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations.• Attend industry tradeshows and product demonstrations.Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Communications preferred• Demonstrated success leading customer growth with key accounts• Self-motivated and self-directed• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Outstanding ability to build teamwork and trust across multiple internal stakeholders• An entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude that will engage and challenge people to learn, grow and develop to win in an evolving market and growing organization• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence and desire to serve customers• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
