Field Sales Representative Slickline, Braided Line & Wireline ServicesWe are looking for a driven and technically savvy Field Sales Representative to grow our slickline and wireline services business across the Eagle Ford Shale and surrounding South Texas operating areas. This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with operators, production engineers, and field personnel in the Carrizo Springs, Cotulla, Dilley, Laredo, and Tilden markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage client relationships with oil and gas operators in Webb, Dimmit, La Salle, and surrounding countiesSell slickline and wireline services including pipe recovery. Build relationships with production engineers, completions engineers, pumpers, and field supervisorsGenerate and follow up on leads through field visits, industry events, and referralsWork closely with field crews and operations staff to ensure job quality and customer satisfactionProvide accurate job pricing, scope of work, and service proposalsTrack activity and opportunities and report on pipeline regularlyQualifications2+ years of experience in oilfield services sales or field operations in South TexasWorking knowledge of slickline, wireline, or plunger lift operations strongly preferredExisting relationships with Eagle Ford operators a significant plusSelf-starter with ability to manage a large geographic territory independentlyStrong communication skills comfortable with both field personnel and office-based engineersValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredCompensationCompetitive base salary plus commissionVehicle allowance or company vehicleBenefits package including health, dental, and vision recblid 9qcf0zt9iv8e86ifcqvvxk3i229plz
