Maintenance Technician

Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, as well as performing general maintenance duties. This position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systemsConduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptlyRespond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesMaintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, and order replacements as neededAssist with preventive maintenance programs and special projectsProvide excellent customer service to residents and staffMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspectionsCollaborate with property management teams to ensure the smooth operation of the propertiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related fieldWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsEPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications requiredExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel frequently and adapt to different property environmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using maintenance software and Microsoft OfficeValid drivers license and reliable transportationFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and career advancementA supportive and collaborative work environmentPI83a7a976e5d0-26289-40624882
