Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with a small, highly technical team.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, or cloud infrastructure.
Exposure to healthcare data standards and regulated environments, including FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA.Experience or research in speech and NLP, including automatic speech recognition (ASR), speaker diarization, or information extraction.
Experience with React Native, Expo, or developing applications for TV and kiosk interfaces.
Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor for meaningful engineering work, and thoughtful opinions on how to use them effectively.
Experience deploying and maintaining production applications, particularly AI-powered systems.
