Applicants for the VP of Procurement position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, with an MBA and professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management within food manufacturing or similar industries is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing multiple projects, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating with legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, be highly organized, results-driven, and possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
