In this position, you will support our convention presence, social media content, and live-stream scheduling while collaborating closely with the sales and curriculum departments and our faculty. If you're a self-starter who enjoys variety in your day-to-day work, this role offers the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesConvention & Event SupportRegister for conventions and coordinate shipmentsOrganize and prepare marketing materials and giveawaysTrack event details and maintain inventory of suppliesSocial Media & Live ContentFilm, edit, and post content (through Sprout) across the social platformsEngage with followers and monitor comments/messagesCoordinate Tik Tok Live sessions with FacultyDesign & CreativeEnsure materials align with brand standardsDesign marketing materials (both print and digital) using Canva for events, social, and salesQualifications2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related roleProficiency with Canva; familiarity with Tik Tok, Meta Ads Manager, and video editing apps (CapCut, PremierePro, etc. )Strong written and verbal skillsAble to manage multiple projects and timelines with close attention to detailBonus: Comfortable being on camera or coaching others to beCompensationBase Salary - $55,000PTO PackageHealth Benefit Package401K PlanHurst Review Services, Corporate Office, 127 South Railroad Avenue, Brookhaven, MS 39601
