Sales Director Americas

ABOUT THE ROLEReporting directly to the Global Sales Director based in Germany, you will be building and leading the Americas Sales team. This is a role for someone who wants to create something - you will be establishing and growing FRAMOS' commercial presence across the Americas region (currently USA and Canada), with ownership of both EMAC (a FRAMOS company) and FRAMOS revenue.Your Responsibilities:You will develop and execute a regional sales strategy, identifying short- and long-term revenue potential in industrial imaging across the AmericasYou will own and grow both EMAC and FRAMOS revenue in the region, taking full accountability for regional sales forecastsYou will build, lead, and inspire the Americas sales team, fostering a performance-oriented and motivating work environmentYou will develop and enable your team to succeed with a "challenger sales" mentality in solution sellingYou will establish a strong and lasting FRAMOS presence in the Americas, acting as a true entrepreneur within the companyThe role is based at our office in Carbondale, IL with a possibility to work remotely / hybrid.Your profileAs our Sales Director Americas, you live and breathe our company core values and are passionate about building something meaningful.You have several years of experience as a sales leader in industrial imagingYou have a proven track record of building - markets, teams, pipelines - not just managing existing structuresYou possess strong leadership skills and know how to bring people with youYou have a strategic and growth mindset, paired with the hands-on drive to executeYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou have an affinity for digitization and are comfortable working with a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbout usFRAMOS is the leading camera module design and manufacturing expert.
