About the OpportunityOur client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a motivated individual to join its Corporate Banking team in New York, focused on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain exposure to complex financial transactions, client relationship management, and industry-leading banking practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior bankers in managing relationships with TMT corporate clients, including large-cap and mid-market companiesAssist in the origination and execution of corporate banking transactions, including lending, structured finance, and treasury solutionsConduct financial analysis, including credit assessments, cash flow modeling, and industry researchPrepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal credit memosMonitor portfolio performance and assist with risk management and compliance processesCollaborate with product partners across capital markets, syndications, and transaction bankingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong academic record with demonstrated interest in corporate banking or financial servicesSolid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principlesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrior internship experience in banking, finance, or a related field is preferred
