Ashlaur Construction Company is a dynamic and growing construction firm committed to delivering quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for their assigned projects, working closely with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site and office-based role with direct reporting to company executives. Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project document control, including processing submittals, RFIs, daily logs, and correspondence in a timely and organized manner
Provide regular project status updates to executives, including schedule performance, budget status, risk identification, and client relations
Attend and represent Ashlaur at on-site and virtual meetings with general contractors, owners, and other project stakeholders
Oversee material procurement, order status, and delivery coordination with vendors to support uninterrupted project progress
Track and manage project schedules, identifying potential delays and proactively communicating solutions
Lead project closeout activities, including collection and submission of warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, and final documentation packages
Support estimating efforts as needed
Perform additional duties as directed by project executives
Required Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with owners, GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
Solid understanding of construction industry processes, practices, and terminology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to project success
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered
Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience
OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
Experience with project management or scheduling software a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 – $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
