You would be based at Uxbridge Campus or our new SEND centre, Barra Hall, in Hayes.The role would involve encouraging, motivating and supporting students in lessons, as well as helping them manage their own behaviour. You would also support students to integrate into the College, encouraging them towards independence.You will need to possess good communication and interpersonal skills and have experience of working with young people, together with experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or challenging behaviour, and have a good understanding of their needs.The working pattern for these posts will be 8.45am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break each day. We can offer full time hours (36 per week), or part time hours, either 4 days (28.8 hours per week) or 3 days (21.6 hours per week).
