Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Hooks, TX. The Mechanical Design Engineer will develop and optimize mechanical systems, design machinery, and create innovative solutions for specialized products. Daily tasks include creating and modifying CAD models, conducting design analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Product DesignStrong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and related principlesExpertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and softwareStrong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and material propertiesExcellent communication skills for effective collaborationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the defense or environmental sectors is a plus
