Job Description Now Hiring: Machine Operator1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F$21.50/hr plus room for growth!Job Description:Operate winding machine, robotics, heat treatment, cooling, coating, stenciling/coning and paint at a high level of proficiency to produce product according to quality standards and customer specifications. Organize and stage product for timely shipment to customer. Set-up and operate production cell equipment including; spring winding machines, robotics, oven, paint, conveyor, and stencil/coning machines, to produce product within given customer and quality specifications, tolerances and production schedule. Select robot program options according to production requirements. Monitor workflow through heat treatment, coating and cooling processes. Change over and ensure proper tooling is used according to specifications. Unload finished product onto pallets and/or carts ensuring proper quantities are in bundles. Ensure production is properly identified with correct pallet. Select printing templates on stenciling machine. Utilize bar codes on work orders for stencil print and processing according to quality and customer specifications. Consistently achieve established key performance indicators. Complete preventative maintenance, including testing, on machines and paint and conveyor systems to ensure proper operation, finish and quality of product.SkillsProduction, General labor, General production, Machine operation, Machine operating, pallet building, heavy lifting, Hand tool, Tape measure, Packaging, Inspection, Packing, Troubleshooting, MechanicalWork at a great company that offers extensive benefits, cross training, room for growth, etc. A close knit team that works in a new building and cares about growth of each other!Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
