Financial Systems Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description: ORBIS is seeking a Program/Financial Systems Analyst to work in support of our Naval Sea Systems Command, Corporate Operations and Front Office (SEA 10/00) Professional Services Contract. The financial Systems/Data Analyst will be assigned to the NAVSEA SEA10 Program Office providing program management support. Must be articulate, poised and able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Must be able to work well as part of a team and have exceptional customer service skills. Tasks include: * Financial experience within Department of War (DoW). * Working knowledge of DoD FM systems (e.g., Navy ERP, GFEBS, DEAMS). * Working knowledge of NAVSEA systems (e.g., NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System - NEPS, and Acquisition Management System - AMS), or related systems. * Enterprise financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau). * Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to interpret financial regulations, policies, and guidance. * Excellent communication and briefing skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Required Skills and/or Experience: * 3-10 Years of Experience Manage the input into the financial databases from other Systems of Record (SOR). Manage the SEA 10 Resourcing Division dashboard and make improvements as needed. Provide trend analysis and other data analytics. Validate the accuracy and integrity of the output from the financial databases. Organize and manage the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within Navy ERP, NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), and other financial databases as required. Provide support in answering ad hoc Requests for Information (RFIs) requiring data gathering.
