Cashier - Part-Time Daytime Availability

Job Summary – CashierProvide prompt and courteous service to the customersFriendly personality and "customer service" mentalityCount money and check cash drawer at both start and conclusion of shiftGood mathematic skillsPass items over the scanner and key in un-scanned items and codes into the registerTotal purchases on register, collect money and make change accurately (Cash checks and verify ID)Redeem coupons and stamps, verify expiration dates. Separate customers order by product, weight, size, etc and bag merchandiseCheck underneath cart to verify all items are ready & available for purchaseMaintain knowledge of all products and systemsMaintain workstation in a clean orderly condition* Other duties as assignedPhysical Demands:Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on dutyLift, push, and/or pull groceries up to 25 poundsAbility to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearanceMust be at least 16 Years old** Must be available daytime with availability till 6:00 PM.** Must be able to work weekends.
