Shift7pm-5:30am; 10-hour shifts w/every other weekendScheduled Weekly Hours40POSITION PURPOSE:Supports the patient care team by providing upkeep and preventative maintenance on CGH floors. Provides floor and carpet maintenance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Identifies floor maintenance requirementsIdentifies preventative maintenance required for all types of flooring.Develops and updates a schedule for floor work required and communicates it to those necessary.Communicates supplies needed to maintain floors to supervisor, ensuring adequate supplies are in stock.Communicates flooring machine maintenance concerns, including flooring pads or other machine attachment concerns to supervisor.Performs a variety of routine manual duties as required.
