*Overview* We are looking for a dedicated Breadmaker to join our bakery team! Your expertise in dough preparation, baking, and food handling will ensure every loaf and treat meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. *Duties* * Prepare and knead dough for various breads and pizza dough, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes * Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and slicing machines safely and efficiently * Bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked items to meet production schedule * Prepare made to order foods such as sandwiches and pizza * Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation standards * Package or display baked goods attractively for retail display or customer orders * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations *Experience* * Proven experience in food production or bakery operations, preferably with high-volume baking experience * Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation * Skilled in operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and refrigeration units * Familiarity with food safety management practices and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with health regulations * Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes * Customer service experience is a plus Join us to bring joy through baking!
