At STG, we invest in our people, so they are highly trained, tech-savvy, and customer centric to deliver the best service in the logistics industry.SummaryThe Vice President, Enterprise Sales will seek out customer meetings and conversations that lead to pricing proposals and revenue opportunities for the company across various services that STG provides in: CFS (Import/Export LCL Consolidations, Bonded Services), Contract Logistics Distribution, Drayage, Intermodal, LTL (Deferred Asset service and Brokerage), Pool Distribution (CA/NJ), Transloads, Truckload (Brokerage).What You'll DoCommunicate with clients via email, phone, and in-personManage any accounts deemed necessary by the companySecure new logos and enhance diversification of services used by clientsAttend Tradeshows, Conference, Intermodal Meetings/Trainings, Trade Group ActivitiesGenerate Presentations and ProposalsTravel as necessary (both locally and nationally) up to 50%Provide weekly updates of progress to leadershipTimely entry into CRM (Salesforce)Timely submission of Expense ReportsSTG Logistics reserves the right to change duties, responsibilities, and activities at any time with or without notice.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in related field required10+ years of sales experience in CFS, LCL, NVOCC, Intermodal, and/or Steamship Line salesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated attention to detail while helping drive the big pictureSelf-driven curiosity to ask questions and seek understandingAbility to lead through and adapt to new processes and challengesEffective relationship building skills and communication with team members of all levelsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systemsBackground of strong character, integrity, leadership, and sound decision-makingStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectivelyCompensation & Benefits InformationSalary Range: $119,700 - $170,000Mileage reimbursementExpense account for travel and entertainmentBonus Eligible: Enterprise Sales and LTL Incentive ProgramsA list of STG benefits can be found here: Welcome - STG Benefits Program 2026Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, geography, and other job-related reasons.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounter while performing this job's essential functions.
