Understands Change Management best practicesThe Project Coordinator will be a member of the PMO Team, reporting to the Manager, Project Management. The Project Coordinator leads execution & change management of projects. The Project Coordinator is a critical role within the organization, and is primarily responsible for successfully executing change management processes and procedures.Requirements Project Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists Project Managers with release coordination activitiesFollows-up on action items between team meetings and ensure accountability of team membersExecutes upon change management processes and proceduresInterfaces with IT organization to ensure alignment throughout the organizationIdentifies project deliverable risks by monitoring development team sprint progress against project delivery dates and escalates to Project Manager when appropriatePerforms other related duties as assigned by managementQualificationsBachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDeep technology skill setUnderstands Change Management best practicesAdvanced knowledge within Jira & SmartsheetProficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ProjectCompetenciesDiversity - Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy;
