Lead Cleaner

Job Title: Lead Cleaner Location: Hampton, VA Pay Rate: $17/hr. Job Summary: We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our team in Hampton, VA! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all. As well as being to the lead to the weekend crew on your shift. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned areas, which may include offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, and vents Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors Perform other cleaning or facility tasks as assigned Qualifications: Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow directions Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods #REQNon-IT Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
