PHP Therapist – Adolescent ProgramWilloughby, OH | Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPsychPlus is hiring a Full-Time PHP Therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Willoughby, Ohio.What You’ll DoLead group therapy sessions for adolescent clients in the PHP programProvide individual therapy based on clinical needComplete clinical assessments and treatment planningParticipate in and facilitate family therapy sessionsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically appropriateMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationCollaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team membersParticipate in treatment team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient careSupport a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescent clientsWhat We’re Looking ForActive Ohio clinical license required, including:LSW / LISWLPC / LPCCExperience working with adolescents requiredExperience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, or other structured behavioral health settings preferredStrong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamComfortable providing both group and individual therapyMost Importantly: We Value ConnectionThe right person for this role is someone with an engaging personality who genuinely enjoys working with adolescents.Behavioral Health | Mental Health | Child & Adolescent | IOP, Intensive Outpatient Program | behavioral health | mental health | adolescents, youth | Social Work | Counseling, and Human Services | Licensed Therapist
